To create a staking pool with the Ink Whale platform, please follow these steps:
Visit and connect your wallet
Click on the "CREATE" option in the menu bar, then select "Create Staking Pool".
The platform will display the required information. Fill in all the necessary details. Make sure you have enough Ink Whale to pay for the creation fee.
You need to provide the following information:
Pool Length (in days): Specify the duration for which the pool will be active.
Start Date & Time: Choose the date and time when you want the pool to commence.
Annual Percentage Yield (APY): Determine the APR you are willing to offer to stakers.
Total Staking Cap: Set the maximum number of tokens that users can stake in the pool.
The platform will automatically calculate the pool total rewards, which will be deducted from your balance.
Finally, click on the "CREATE" button. You will be prompted to confirm this action with your wallet.
After around 10s, you will see the pool in the list on "My Staking Pools" by scrolling down or you can check in the "My Pool" tab
Click on the newly created pool to see its information
That's it! You've now created your staking pool token.
📌 Note:
You will be able to remove any unclaimed balance from reward pool when the pool is expired.
A fee of 1,500 $INW is required for the creation of the staking pool token. Rest assured, all collected fees will be burned, contributing to the deflationary mechanism of the INW ecosystem.
